Scammers
Got scammed. Flight KUL-SAI has been rescheduled to KUL-KTI (KTI is 200+km away from SAI). Requested a refund multiple times and got rejected without ANY reason. Upon calling, no reason was provided either but rather standard phrases. Edward from the CS team was zero helpful. Don’t book with this company. Save money and nerves. For me, I filed a case with TTPM Malaysia and will consult with my lawyer. Not because of the ridiculous 200MYR but because of the fishy practise by those scammers.
