they send me an 8' x 4' cutter with an electronic problem.laser power is always on when putting the machine on ( without putting on the laser power).I burned my fingers severely.it took 2 months with me going every evening at 9 pm to my workshop so I can contact them ( 9 am morning in China ) to helping me fix the problem.At 12 pm they go to lunch and make me wait 1 hour until 1 am to start helping me again fix the problem by very inexperienced people .2 painful months ( I have 2 kids 1 and 4 years old ) finally it was fixed and was able to turn off the laser power.But the mechanic of the mirrors is screwed up and never align and the cuts are very bad so it took another similar 2 months of evening work to try and fix this in vain.They even sent me the machine without the honey comb platform and I mainly cut leather.They agreed to ship it to me but on my own expenses.it's a 8' x 4' platform and costed me $1200.00 for shipping.I also ordered the fiber laser marker and has many problems too and I paid for blank aluminum business cards but they also didn't send them and they are worth $700.00.they told me will credit you in your next order.I tried to place another order just to see if they will credit the $700.00 but they ignore my emails.those are bunch of disgusting animals in bodies of human beings .I declared bankruptcy they screwed my business and my life.
