Exactly like all the other bad reviews
Exactly like all the other bad reviews, all the points mentioned are true. Bad service, solely target orientated, high requirements etc.... apply for credit card （I am holding a previledge accoount) took forever, and they ask you all sorts of redundnt questions all over again when I already have a credit card with them in another account. I am planning to close all my accounts with them and go for another bank. I cannot see any advantage in choosing this bank over any other, in fact, they are all offering better deals.
