Purchased eSIM for Turkey – Initial Setup Not Working
Overall, the experience was not positive. The customer support agent was very helpful and provided the necessary instructions to configure the eSIM APN, however this is the kind of issue that should not occur during a trip. When arriving in a new country, you rely on the eSIM to have immediate internet access. Having to solve technical issues such as manually configuring the APN creates significant difficulties, especially when you do not have an internet connection to contact support. I appreciate the availability of the support agent, but the assistance was only possible after I had already faced several inconveniences, difficulties, and additional costs using my personal SIM card.
