Item is TOTALLY not as described! Dishonest company.
Item is not as described and refused to accept return! Be aware! I purchased the dress mid of December 2019, item arrived not on time, I went to overseas on 1/1/2020, when I came back and saw the dress is totally not as describe, I sent so many emails to this company “The Fifth Collection”. They said that the returning time was expire for 10 days! They did not give me the exemption for the new year holiday late return due to the Item Is NOT AS DESCRIBE. The item listed as new and in perfect condition, the collar of the dress has shrunk, white colour turns to a bit of yellow! So ridiculous to get a dress in this terrible condition that I paid for SGD $540. Now it is sitting at the corner all the time as it is unwearable! Never try to make any purchase from this dishonest company.
