Online Buyers. Please beware of the Autel grey importer scams.
Been looking to purchase a Autel MX808Z-BT Pro. OBDPRICE.CO.UK claim there MK version is the same and a universal global code and delivered from their UK warehouse. I supplied the product link to the official AutelUK official who tell me their products are NOT UK products, are not supported and cannot be upgraded to access the manufacturer secure gateways. Below is a copy and paste. Please don't get scammed by these people. I has numerous messages from them claiming they were genuine until when faced with hard evidence, he just replies "WHATEVER". Absolute cowboys. Thank you for your email, Unfortunately we do not sell through OBD price, these units wouldn’t be able to have the gateway added and wouldn’t be warrantied or supported by us, We don’t sell anything online and we only see through motor parts providers, Please see link below to our website.
