After reading endless amounts of glowing testimonials I trusted Steiners approach to end myopia. I am 2 months in and on clear sunny days I get 20/20 vision despite 0.75 reduction of diopter. I now understand the active focus and am able to do this frequently and realize how my old prescription was a crutch that made my eyes very lazy!!
