ADDITIONAL DUTY FEES
I made a purchase back in August, FedEx delivered my parcel and I thought everything was fine. However I unexpectedly received an invoice from FedEx requesting an additional payment of £35.71. Smallrig do not make you aware before purchasing that their products are subject to import fees and the courier they have chosen to work with do not advise you when delivering that the item is subject to import fees etc. Be very careful when ordering from this company.
