Ridiculous Delivery Time
Ordered an item from them for the 1st time on the 12th October 2018. Upon ordering the estimated delivery time mentioned was 10-20 Business Days. After sending them an email I was asked to wait for another 30-40 days. In their last email I was again told to wait for 90days/3 months which is ridiculously long. I have no other choice but to cancel the order and request for an immediate refund. Definitely not ordering from them in future.
