Quick response to issue
I bought a firewalled stove through Amazon and it worked great for short time and then developed a problem with the regulator. I contactedFirema0le through their website form and quickly got a response from them, I sent a video of the problem and they sent me a full replacement via Amazon in days of raising the issue with them. If the item had worked reliably I would not have needed help, so I can't give 5 star review. If this was just about customer service the I can't fault them on their speed and politeness, they kept me informed all the way through the process.
