Broken glass in shipment
Piece showed up broken, not packed properly box inside of shipping box was damaged, glass shards everywhere inside case. UPDATE: Reached contact online, resolving issue. Online support very helpful. Looking forward to trying this piece out if replacement makes it unharmed.
