WORST experience yet.
I have had the worst experience with nihao so far. I would rather deal with the messiness of Aliexpress than pay a premium for shipping only to wait almost 4 weeks for an order that’s supposed to take 9-12 business days. I found it pretty deceitful that they claim to ship via dhl only to provide cheaper shipping options without disclosing that it won’t be shipped by DHL. worst of all I have waited this long only to have to journey all the way to their partner agent office to pick up an order that should be delivered to the address I provided. ——————— Update I would totally knock off an additional star if I could because the seller’s response is ridiculous. You’re asking me if it makes sense to demand that you deliver within your own clearly stated timelines. I clearly stated that I waited almost one month for an order that should have taken a MAXIMUM of two weeks. I’m not asking for DHL level shipping, I’m asking you to stick to the shipping timeline that you provided. Imagine paying 15$ for air shipping that you can’t even track. AND that you have to pay extra to have delivered to your doorstep. The least they can do is explain how that shipping option differs from DHL. PS, some necklaces tarnished after one wear but I loved the sunglasses and earrings I got.
