In its early stages but potential to be a 10/10 product. I have multiple Sitebeat accounts with multiple businesses and find myself having to call support to get an issue resolved multiple times throughout building a site. Luckily the support staff are mostly very helpful, with the exception of a few phone calls that did not leave me very happy. Overall a great product but needs some kinks worked out in the product itself and the business systems supporting it. I look forward to seeing what it becomes in the future.
