product disappointing - poor returns service
The products took a long to arrive, weeks after it should have arrived. When it arrived I found the quality of the fabric poor - not suited for a winter dress. I found the process of trying to return the product convoluted and very unhelpful. There is no clear information where the package needs to be sent. The customer must pay for the postage and send a tracking number to an email. For every single step I had to ask for information as it not easilty accessible to the customer. I find this service unacceptable and will not purchase another iterm of clothing from Buykud.
