Pathetic redbus
Hi Guys, I booked a ticket in red bus day before yesterday and ticket was confirmed. Yesterday evening bus operator called me and asked me to cancel the ticket for no reason. Then I reached out to red bus customer care and inquired. Red bus confirmed me that bus is on and no change with the schedule. As I was not finding the bus on redbus portal I called redbus helpline again and checked. Now they are confirming me that bus has been cancelled. I am traveling with my family with 6 month old baby. So I never minded paying 100-200 extra bugs for reserving the tickets as actual cost of ticket is less than what we pay through Redbus. Now these guys asking me to find alternative for myself just by sending one message as sorry... Is this the service these guys provide?. Pathetic...irresponsible... no value for customers...Not trustworthy...
