Damaged goods, partially refunded
I have opened the package to assemble the drawers and am very unhappy with the quality of the product. corners of panels are chipped, there was no instruction manual whatsoever for the assembly of the unit and panels have arrived in various different colours instead of being uniform. I am a builder myself and have assembled many such items, so I can make do without the instruction manual, however the drawers are not even pre-drilled for the tracks to ensure smooth operation and it even seems that the side panels for the drawers are too long and will protrude at the back instead of being a neat flush finish. The customer service team were very responsive, but pressured me to write a positive review just to get a 70% refund on a defective product.
