Placed an order on 6 January 2025. Confirmed receipt of payment. Received notification of shipment 7 February with tracking number along with apology for late shipping. I live in Newport Oregon. My address was confirmed. The tracking indicated the order was delivered on 27 February. The delivery country was Australia. I have sent six requests questioning the Australia delivery for support and help since then with no reply or response back. I do not recommend ordering from this company as I have paid $139.00 for product and now I have not received the product over two months from the original order date and no response from anyone at tax free cigarettes. Very bad experience and situation.
