“Poor communication of order status and misleading fulfillment timelines”
Their communication process of order status and fulfillment timelines is extremely poor. They do not tell you when an item will ship and held my order for half a month and did nothing to tell me what was going on. Only when I insisted on an update and asked for a refund did they suddenly become more responsive but they didn't have any answer as to why they sat on my order for 3 weeks before doing anything. Extremely dissatisfied and they wouldn't offer a refund when requested. Their site gives completely erroneous turnaround timelines for order fulfillment. I gave them a full month and they won't be able to fulfill my order already paid almost $500 for! Buyer beware! I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you want to be hugely disappointed.
