Can I give NEGATIVE STARS? This is the absolute WORST SUPPORT of any game I have ever played online. I get it, they want to make money, that's the point but ignoring support requests, closing your ticket when they do not reply? shameful service. I cannot wait for them to go bankrupt. Play anything else instead!
