I made an attempt to order some items and waited for them to arrive.After it was a few days to the ETA, I was disturbed that my tracking number was not yet sent to me.after I made enquiries, I was reliably informed that my item had not been shipped few days to the ETA and they tried all they could but it was not successfully shipped..I was given an option to cancel the order or order afresh through another merchant.i opted for a refund which I got within the time I was told.however, I wish the order sailed through without hitch.in all, I will say my experience left me with a feeling of hope for a better experience next time. Thanks.
