Slow and unreliable
I ordered two items. Didn't hear anything from them, no shipment confirmation no nothing for about 2 weeks. So, I reach out to them asking what's happening with my order. They then inform me one of the items I ordered is out of stock. Two weeks after my order was placed. I had to contact them to find that out, they didn't say anything prior. Fine. I get a shipment confirmation a few days later and finally receive my item ONE MONTH after I ordered it. You could order the same items from literally any other website like Temu or Shein which have a much faster delivery time. And when something's out of stock, they tell you in advance.
