Fake Product
Great communication, great product. FedEx had delayed the parcel and the team followed up with us to ensure delivery. After receiving this product we discovered the products are fakes. Trying to get any form of explanation out of the company as to why there are spelling mistakes on the box is met with delays. Disputed transaction lodged with credit card company to recover our funds - what a disappointment. UPDATE: [Order #13904] (03/09/2022) Let me know if you want me to publically post our entire Whatsapp thread where you've continually ignored me.
