Not lifetime support. Scam
They say lifetime, but they suddenly just stopped the service with the error: Service not subscribe. When I contacted them they said I need to buy a new box and they can offer 10 usd discount. Why advertise it's lifetime if its not. So they lie to you. Avoid them.
