Floraltrip presents itself as UK-based, using a “.uk” in the website and email address, which makes customers believe they are buying from the UK. In reality, the company is based in China, and returns must be shipped overseas at the buyer’s expense – a fact never made clear before purchase. I ordered several bolo ties: the quality/price is barely acceptable, certainly not what I expected. One item even arrived defective. When I tried to return them, what should have been a simple process turned into 25 emails, weeks of delay, and repeated discouraging messages about “expensive shipping” and “lost packages.” Although I eventually received my refund, it only happened after escalating the matter with my bank. The process was stressful, time-consuming, and misleading. Their promise of “no-hassle returns” does not match reality. Buy with caution
