Unprofessional Service
Ordered a bouquet of flower to my girlfriend when I was not in Malaysia. And the below are the disappointed points: 1. Requested to have update when the bouquet is ready, at least a photo of the bouquet, but no response at all even the shop had committed to send 2. Promised to send out the flower during the scheduled time (830-530) but late deliver, need to ask my girlfriend to stay back for waiting this 3. Not even considered to keep the surprise and telling the recipient what is going to send to her. 4. Not even tried to register at the office building to send the flower but requested recipient to go to office lobby for self collecting Conclusion, this is the one and only time will order from this florist and will never ever recommend other friends to buy from this shop!
