Ordered some NBA 2K19 VC and just waiting and waiting and waiting. Site says process will take up to 30 minutes while it's been 26 hours and counting. Customer service responds but like a robot without giving any valuable information and just saying that it's being processed and I should wait. Won't be using the site again EDIT: 32 hours. And by the way, you cannot open the game when you're waiting for it
