So much for their "30 minute guarantee"
Well it took over 15 hours. Their communication is not the best and they are quite busy and don't respond a lot. I had to chat over both live chat and skype before they actually started my order. I do like the feature of the live chat. Their prices are great but it took a little while to get my order despite their 30 minute guarantee. Either way, if you are going to buy from them then be prepared to either contact them in advance or have to contact them multiple times. They don't have the best grammar either but at the end of the day they do speak English so I suppose it doesn't matter too much.
