I tried to return this item but was not given any clear instructions on how to and the post office did not recognise the return address. So I looked up the company "obviously a drop shipper" and found only negative reviews so now feel reluctant to return it to an unknown address as without a confirmed return I won't get a refund and I will not have the item and will also have paid the return postage. I feel that using a third party to ship your items is a mistake as it does nothing for your reputation.
