Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. If you decide to buy a bag, make sure you are going to keep it because it will be impossible to return it within 7 day return window which is already pretty ridiculous. Customer service does not respond any emails. So you get stuck with a 400$ bag. The bag itself is OK, nothing worth the prices since it is also made in China for around 5$
