I was sent the wrong part and not offered money back
I ordered a specific windshield wiper for a Honda van and did not receive that part. Instead I was sent a generic windshield wiper that does not have the proper attachment to snap on. The part that I needed was a windshield wiper with the snap attachment already in on the blade and is specifically made by Honda. When I received would not even fit on the vehicle. This company did not offer me a refund or any way to get my money back or return the part.
