Having looked at this product for so long saving it so many times in my basket then going back to it I decided I had to give it a go! Wow!! It does everything it says on the tin! The first 3 weeks I just introduced it to my system (because I had previously had cancer and a heart attack) I checked with my pharmacist to ensure it was safe to try and all was good to crack on and try it. After the 3 weeks I got up to the recommended dose and absolutely started to see the difference. Stomach felt less bloated my energy levels increased craving for sweet food significantly reduced. Can’t believe it amazing I feel more like myself than I have done for years. I highly recommend this and wish I had found it at least 10 years ago.
