Absolute shameful service
Absolute shameful service! I have needed a battery with a solar panel for a travel project to do video content. I don't recommend buying the battery on the official website as there is some problem with the payment gate. I could not make payment several times, where I could not establish if payment was transferred or not. Even if my luxtrust accepted the payment, money has not been deducted. That was not the biggest problem at the end. I have changed the way of transfer. However, I have not spotted that address automatically, which has changed to address 1000km away, where I do not live for 15 years. Luckily, I have spotted right away that this did not change anything as you don't get hold of anybody on the company, and they do not have the power to do anything. Just automated the answer machine. I have spoken on Monday with a service team member. She had transferred the request to a different team that has 24 hours for the answer. Week of stress. Product delivered, but not to me. Jokers!
