Unable to provide product info and unprofessional
On 15/08 at 9am CEST, I chat customer service as I am looking for a table of 160cm x 60 or 70cm, however their customer service was not able to provide accurate information such as weight; even he/she is not expert, he should verify with their provider before giving customer the answer which seems not reasonable. Also, it seems many products are unavailable but still online, which shows this website doesn't manage well their catalog. At the end, the person stop answering me the question, just disappeared. Really unprofessional. F
