Super bad courier service by DHL
Name card printing OK, quility good. But the delivery service is super disappointing. I placed order on Thursday afternoon, I choose normal order (4 day deliver), only the 4th day they sent out for delivery and written next working day will arrived my place. However, I check with DHL, they said can't deliver on the day promised but 1 more working day. I am in hurry so I said I will collect from DHL myself. End up, I couldn't get my parcel after waiting in DHL Puchong for 2.5 hours!! What a terrible courier service! The reason DHL given is the sender given wrong address so my parcel was in cheras branch not Puchong branch. This reason was given to me after I waited there for 2.5 hours! If you all in hurry, please use express service.
