I ordered ONE S9 cover for US $11.61…
I ordered ONE S9 cover for US $11.61 end of August 2018. I was charged TWICE US $11.61. I received my order in October and I asked MiniInTheBox to return the second US $11.61. Instead of my money I receive an answer on my account that the package will be delivered within 90 days. This is really annoying.. There is no way to pass my message to them. I shall never order again! PS I appreciate though the immediate response from the Customer Service Supervisor(bellow) and their very quick reaction of MiniInTheBox afterwards returning the $11.61 over-charge.
