twice the wrong size.
I order my cosplays way in advance for good reason, I decided to order a cosplay with this company, measure myself to see what size fit me according to their sizing charts and order accordingly. one of the sizes (Mens M) was going to fit me very well and i was hopefull. after waiting 2 weeks my order arrived. however opun opening my package i received something twice as large then could ever fit me properly. (seemed to be their Mens XL size but its very large) far to big to take to a tailoring shop to have it better fitted too. after a long chain of emailing about this issue, many pictures send and sending them my measurements (re-taken) they agree to send me another cosplay. I had requested them to measure before sending the new one to avoid another mishap. however i had to wait a week since they neded to receive it from their factory. Now i received my new cosplay only to find it be much to small! time to start another emailing chain or attempt to see what can be solved still but i am not hopefull i will still receive a fitting cosplay.
