Bad company. Stay away.
Goodness. Should have read trustpilot review before buying. I received my cross body bag but within days the strap connection had broken. Immediately contacted them on service@ email which was returned. Then tried support@ email three times which wasn’t returned but wasn’t replied to. Then contacted Shopify to advise one of their sellers was breaking the consumer protection laws that they signed to. They said they were forwarding complaint to the company but did little else. Can’t contact again for 14 days. I will do so and annoy them as by all these reviews this is one company that should not exist. They don’t put reviews on their website or allow reviews. Can see why.
