AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE NO REGARD FOR DOG'S ISSUES
I contacted customer service on Saturday Aug 22 regarding a problem my 2 dogs have with the Turkey food. Both dogs have had loose stools and diarrhea since I changed over to this flavor. I asked if I could return the unused boxes and purchase the Lamb. That is the flavor they used all the time. Anyway, since my initial email, no one has contacted me regarding this problem. I was promised a 24 hour call and it never happened. I have sent several emails today and still no one cares. I have cancelled my future orders since your company is a big disappointment.
