Extremely disappointed with my Shipping time
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered 6 baseball hats and paid $53 for 2-day shipping, yet my order didn’t arrive until 9 days later. When I reached out to ask about the delay, I was told: “Dealing with American-made apparel and production is really different from ordering stocked inventory from China through Amazon… We still need to pull the caps from the warehouse. This is why we advertise a 2-to-4-day turnaround.” That explanation doesn’t justify what happened. Even after that message, I still didn’t receive my order within the stated 2–4 day timeframe. I order from many online retailers and plenty that are not affiliated with Amazon or overseas production—and when I pay for expedited shipping, I consistently receive my items on time. Paying $53 for “2-day shipping” and waiting 9 days is completely unacceptable. This was frustrating, misleading, and not the level of service I expected. I would not rely on their shipping promises in the future!
