I purchased the basic service - resume update, cover letter template, and brief LinkedIn review included. I worked with Lindsay S. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! The initial call with Lindsay was completely painless - she clearly outlined what I could expect from the process as well as a timeline, then gave me the floor to tell her what I wanted to achieve from using this service. Lindsay then reviewed my resume and gave me ample opportunity to respond to her questions and clarify every detail; 3 days later, I had a perfectly complete resume! Lindsay made a point to get my resume back to me before a long weekend. The resume she sent was extremely polished and added a great deal of specificity where my original draft lacked. I sent back one edit, and she quickly took care of it and sent back the revision (same day). She also sent over a brief review of my LinkedIn picture, work experience, headline, and summary, and gave me ideas of how to improve them. Most companies charge extra for this service. This process was extremely easy and well worth the money!
