Hassle to Return Do not order unless you are 110% sure of sizing, colour and cut. I bought a bridesmaid dress for a friends wedding, and when it arrived, it was the wrong size. Even if I had got a size up, it would not have fit as the cut was definitely not intended for UK sized ladies in my opinion. When it came to returning, it was an absolute hassle to do as had to exchange numerous messages and photos for them to agree to the refund. Once refunded, I realised I had actually lost a total of £35 due to delivery fees (which are not refunded). So the whole experience meant I was £35 our of pocket, and still without a dress for my friends wedding. In hind site, I would never have bought a dress from this website, had I known the hassle and expense it all cost me.
