Free pair of socks
I got a free pair of socks when placing an order in July, they did not have my size in stock when my order was placed. The socks I got were too big but the size I needed remained out of stock. Today August 26th, I received an email stating my size was back in stock. I emailed them back and told them my situation asking if I could exchange my socks for a smaller size and before I could see their email back to me, I had a message that an order had been placed free of charge for my socks in my size. This company is very successful in the customer service department along with the products they make. Nelson was my customer service representative and did a fantastic job getting my order placed in a very quick manner. Thank you Nelson. I highly recommend this company.
