I ordered a costume the first week of October. It “shipped” the 12th of October and I would receive it the 19th, I paid extra to receive it early. Never received tracking I contacted them 3times through their website and got no answer. Contacted through a costumerservice email that was set up for a different issue they were having. The said the item was sent back to them. Which I find unlikely. I asked for a refund for my shipping and for my item. They gave it to me for the item but not the $11.99 shipping. Poor customer service. I never saw the item and I have to pay the shipping of an item that was likely never shipped. This site is a scam. Don’t waste your time.
