Bus never turned up but no refund for customers hard earned money
I have booked from Villupuram to Madurai on 20th Oct and Boarding time @ 2:15 AM. Ticket# TMBF21048387. Bus never turned up to pick me up. After calling the customer care.. it was informed that bus didn't come to the boarding point said bus unaware of the passenger waiting at the boarding point. I request for a refund and every clarifying so many times by email explaining the situation with no luck, for some reason the company stands by the operator and ripping off the customer's money for their survival. Such a bad experience.
