I must admit if I had read the reviews on trust pilot (which I normally do) before ordering I would probably have stayed well clear. But, to be fair my item was ordered on 23rd October, delivered today 31st October, tracking was clear and had come via Shanghai airport to stanstead, then yodel contacted me and delivered the next day. I’ve known things from 5 miles away take longer !! My tie is just fine and I have no complaints. Would I order again ? Hopefully their reviews in the future will improve which will decide matters.
