Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered a size 34D bra they sent me a tiny XS one. When I tried to get in touch customer service people were rude, saying I should give the bra to someone as they wouldn't exchange and they would refund me £2. I said no and I would send it back for a full refund, they said I couldn't have a refund. I've sent them loads of emails, they are now ignoring me.
