Poor customer service but they kept our $!…
My son bought a bookcase from Bob's online. They are not available at our local store. Bob's delivery was not offered for this item. The last email my son received was he would get an email when the bookcase shipped. After 3 weeks passed with no message , he investigated himself and found FedEx said they delivered it. The picture attached to the FedEx delivery was not our door or apartment building. We called Bob's they said it's a FedEx problem and they couldn't help. After days of trying to track down FedEx, they said it's a problem with the vendor & Bob's needed to address it. We called Bob's again. They would not investigate by calling the vendor and said they could not let us know who the vendor was when we said we would ask the vendor. Bob's has my son's money and did nothing to help track down the furniture. I gave a 1 star review on Yelp and Bob's reached out asking for our phone number. I replied back, they still haven't called. We just moved here and are buying s place. We won't be using Bob's or recommending it to anyone.
