I placed an order today. The website was easy to use. Awaiting merchandise. 27 June: I received the merchandise but the top and bottom were too large. I submtted a request to obtain an return merchandise authorization (RMA). I was offered a 40% cash refund. That's quite a loss; 60%. I should receive a full refund. Right? That changes my 4 stars to 3 stars until I receive a reasonable reply.
