Horrible customer service and dishonesty. Ordered shoes based on their foot measuring instructions. Even ordered a size larger to be sure. Shoes way too small, can’t even get foot into them. After multiple communications with customer service including pictures of foot measurement and shoe, they still will not provide instructions to return or give money back. In fact they suggested I buy another pair with a small discount. As far as I am convinced, their size measurements are not correct or true to real size and they are liable for sending a shoe that doesn’t fit appropriately. I followed their measurement rules and they confirmed that. Shady company, total scam. Do not order from them.
