After got the contact and talked with them, they are providing prompt response and good update and follow up. Unfortunately my order has to be cancelled after almost 4 weeks of waiting due to unsure issue on declaration system not able to update to shipping manifest. My suggest to them to improve more actively on their email response. As I had email them 3 or 4 times but didn't getting any reply on email. Overall is not a bad online shop, just take need improvement on communication.
